Defects:
- Brand new never installed, but was left outside under a cover and now subsequently is defected.
- No handles, however these can be purchased online.
- Marks/ scratches in places- see photos.
- Internally the middle pane is rotted at the bottom of the Georgian Bars.

📞 Additionally, we provide support for any installation questions or issues for up to a year, provided the item is installed by a FENSA-approved fitter and you can supply the fitter’s invoice and contact details.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
