Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The varnish is slightly weathered and has a few chips on either side, as you may expect to see on pre-owned wooden windows. This item could benefit from being painted or re-varnished.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• There is no key with this window, however it can be locked from the inside by turning the handle. New handles, complete with keys, can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.

Opening

• Externally opening windows see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar.
• There is no condensation occurring between the panes.

Colour

• Externally and internally is Varnished, with a matching frame either side.
• Handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
