Wooden Engineered Oak Casement Window, made by ‘Kloeber’. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Light mark on the left external edge of the frame from the previous installation in a show room, however, this could be covered by trim on installation. See in photos.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- There are no key for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order a new handle online which would come with key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- Professionally powder coated externally in Grey and internally is wood grain brown,
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
