Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The rubber gasket is missing/torn (see photos), however, replacements gasket is available to purchase online and is easy to fit.
• The varnish/veneer is worn on the external side, as expected with pre owned wooden items. This could benefit from being re-varnished or painted.
• The escutcheon and one of the locking points are missing and there is no key for the main lock. New hardware/locks can be purchased online.
• Slight bit of water damage on the internal side of the door (see photos).
• Slight split at the bottom of one of the doors (see photos).

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has a gold leaded pattern design internally inside the glazing.

Colour

• The wood has been varnished both internally and externally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
