Outside your budget?
The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden Hardwood Double Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct (when complete with frame).
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Missing one hinge, but a new hinge can be purchased online and is easy to fit.
- Rain sill edge split and small crack near the locking plate (see photo), however a competent carpenter would be able to resolve this.
- Small chip in places (see photos), but it can easily be filled and touched up.
Defects
- There is condensation occurring inside the glazing units. We can replace this at an additional cost – please contact us for more information.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multi-point ‘Chubb’ and ‘Era’ locks would need to be replaced, as there are no keys for either lock.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 18mm thick triple glazed, distorted, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has leaded diamond design internally inside the glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you will need to replace the glazing entirely.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Grey.
- The colour of the hinges is Chrome.

Reusing materials is the best practice instead of buying brand new. All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
