Condition

• Brand New, never installed.
• Mis-measure made to slightly the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The paint has chipped off in some places (see photos), which could be easily touched up.
• The top and bottom of the frame may need to be trimmed to size before installation.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has leaded Georgian bars externally and internally in the glazing.
• If you require totally clear glazing, we can order this for an additional £70 total including VAT. This would be delivered along with the window, ready to be installed by your fitter.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Gold Chrome.
