Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Part of the secondary door is missing – this could be filled and repainted by a competent carpenter. See in photos.
• Screw holes on the internal door from the previous blinds which could also be filled. See in photos.
• Splits to the wood in multiple places – these could also be filled and repainted by a competent carpenter. See in photos.
•  There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• There is a 5.6cm difference in height between the doors, as they were previously installed on a set of steps. The secondary door could be cut down by 5.6cm by your fitter or a carpenter so that they match in height.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, clear.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally they have been Varnished, showing the natural woodgrain throughout .
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
