Wooden - Oak Veneer Double Doors
Wooden Oak Veneer, double front door.
Condition
- Great condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Oak veneer has split in places externally and split on the the bottom (see photos).
- Small hole externally where this door is missing the escutcheon plate (see photo), but a new escutcheon can be purchased online and is easy to install.
- No frame.
Security
- Multi-point ‘Chubb’ and ‘Era’ locks would need to be replaced, as there are no keys for either lock.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, frosted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Black.
- The colour of the hinges and handles is Silver.
