Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• A few screw holes and a small chip internally (see photo), however these could be easily filled and touched up.
• One bolt lock knob missing (see photo) but new knob available online and easy to install.
• One latch missing (see photo) however new latches can be purchased online and are easy to install.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multipoint Chubb locking system installed.
• Comes with 2 ‘ERA’ keys.
• Bolt lock inside for extra security.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, metal grey spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• This item has been varnished on either side, which shows the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
