Wooden French Doors, made by award winning ‘Timber Windows’. These are some of the highest quality timber doors money can buy.
Would literally cost around £5,000.00 if you were to order new direct from ‘Timber Windows’. The door thickness is 6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Excellent/ near mint condition both sides and were only installed for 12 months, so have had little use.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Some mastic around the edge of the frame, but this would be hidden with trim when installed. A hole in the side of the frame, but can easily be hidden. A split piece of wood, but could be glued back. All defects only cosmetic.
- Missing hinge and door handle.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes complete with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- Comes with a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. The bottom of the frame would need to be removed.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
