Wooden Pine, French Doors. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £2,000.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).

The door thickness is 5.5cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Door A has scratches on the handle this can be easily replaced for a low expense.
• Varnish peeling in places on all doors please see in photo.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Door A is missing 4 hinges, B and C doors are missing 6 hinges.
• B door is missing part of the locking strip and the external astragal bar/lip please see in photo.

Security

• 5 point ‘Mila’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Mila’ key per door.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• This item has been varnished on both sides, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
