Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Chip on the frame edge (see photo), however this could be hidden with trim by your fitter upon installation.
• Internally small split on the frame and small chip externally (see photos), but this can easily be treated by a competent carpenter.
• Few screw holes internally (see photo), however these could be easily filled or touched up.
• Gasket slightly frayed (see last photo), this could be purchased online and is easy to fit.

Security

• ‘ERA’ locking system installed.
• Comes with 2 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• This item has been varnished on either side, which shows the natural woodgrain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
