Wooden Pine, French Doors with sidelights.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- There are minor chips and cracks in the edges of the wood (see photos), however this can easily be touched up.
- There is paint on the handles and hinges from previous owner (see photos), this can easily be removed.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Internally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 49.5cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 100.6cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 150.1cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
