Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Surface rot on base of doors (see photos), you will need a competent carpenter to treat this.
• Crack in beading (see photos), a competent carpenter would be able to replace this.
• There is no internal handle (see photos), you can purchase a new handle online and is easy to fit.
• Small chip (see photos), this is only cosmetic and does not effect the function of the door.
• This item is missing its rain sill (see photos), you will require a competent carpenter to replace this.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has ‘Chubb’ shoot bolts internally.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown.
• This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
