Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• This item has no handles (see photos), you can purchase new handles online which are easy to fit.
• Surface rot on base of doors (see photos), you will need a competent carpenter to treat this.
• Light chipping externally (see photos), this is only cosmetic and could easily be filled and touched up.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has ‘Chubb’ shoot bolts internally these come with ‘2’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• 1 Glass panes have scratches on
• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown.
• This product has been professionally varnished and sealed from factory. This offers a tough and resilient coating, requiring no maintenance, whilst still showing the original wood-grain throughout.
• The hinges are Solid Brass.
