Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The doors are 5.5cm thick, the measurement in the table is for the frame.
• The frame edge has been cut at a slight angle (see photos), however, this could be covered by trim on installation.
• Screw holes in the door from previous owner (see photos), this is only cosmetic and does not effect the function of the door.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Multipoint ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• This item has been varnished on either side, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
