Wooden Timber Front, French Doors.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Bottom of the door has slightly rotted, rot is about 10cm length and 1.5 cm depth (see photo). However, a competent carpenter would be able to treat and/or replace these sections of the doors.
- Hinges and locking pad are missing, but these could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Security
- ‘Chubb’ locking system installed, however these need to be changed as there is no key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is original single glazed, clear.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Cream. However, this can easily be stripped down and repainted in your choice of colour.
- Has a traditional style Black Wrought Iron Handle installed.
