The door thickness is 8.1cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Small split in the wood (see photos), however this will not effect the integrity of the door and could easily be treated by a carpenter.
• The gasket seal is slightly loose and may need to be replaced. These could be purchased online and are easy to fit.
• Small dents on the external side (see photos), but these could easily be filled by a carpenter.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
• The handle is missing for this door, however new handles are available online and are easy to fit.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 52mm thick triple glazed, clear,white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• • Professionally powder coated in Grey and internally powder coated in White.
  • Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
  • The colour of the hinges is Silver.
