Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

• The external handle is slightly weathered, as is expected on pre-owned items (see photos). This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the handle or doors.
• There is condensation occurring inside two of the double glazed units- we can order a replacement pane for an additional cost (please contact us for information).

Security

• One main locking point system making it very secure and has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Comes with 1 key for main lock and 1 for the bolt locks.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, black metal spacer, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars externally and internally with each pane individually glazed, making them easier to replace is broken.

Colour

• Has been varnished externally and internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
