• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Odd light marks on the door and sill these can be sanded down and re painted. See in photos.
• Residue mastic around the external frame this can be covered by trim which can be bought online. See in photos.

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• This door has one key which is the bolt lock for top and bottom locks, see in photos.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
