Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light chipping to the wood in places (see photos), which could be filled and touched up.
• Missing the trickle vent (see photos), this can be purchased online and is easy to fit.

Security

• Multipoint ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Union’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 202.5cm.

Glazing

• Glazing for the doors is 14mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Glazing for the toplight is 24mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
