• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Screw holes (see photos), these can be filled.
• Small crack (see photos), this could also be filled.
• Gasket has peeled slightly (see photos), your fitter should be able to stick this back into place.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 16mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
