Wooden Pine, French Doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Please note: These doors do not entirely match in size, with one being slightly taller (they are still able to lock together). A competent carpenter could plane the taller door so they are the same size, however the Georgian bars may not align exactly. Alternatively, these could be repurposed as fixed windows by removing the hardware and filling the holes.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Rain sill on main traffic door is missing (see photos). This could be rectified by a competent carpenter.
• The main traffic door is slightly taller then the other door, the height of the secondary door is – 197.5 cm
• There are odd chips and light marks (see photos) which could easily be touched up. These doors could benefit from being repainted.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
