Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Light chip in place (see photos), but these are normal with older wooden doors however these could be easily touched up.
• Bottom of the door has slight sign of rot (see photo), however this can be easily be treated by a competent carpenter.

Security

•  Multi-point ‘Chubb’ lock would need to be replaced, as there are no keys for lock.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars internally, externally giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White,
• Handles is Wrought Iron and the colour of the hinges is Gold Chrome.
