Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Paint chips in places this can be sanded down and re painted please see in photos.
• 1 small screw hole on the external top left corner of the door this can be easily filled and re painted. See in photos.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
• Internal letter box cover is missing however this can be bought online and easily fitted.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is original single glazed, stained glass with a colourful design.
• Has been re-leaded, keeping the original glass, with each pane individually glazed. This makes them easier to replace if broken.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is Varnished showing the natural wood grain throughout.
• The colour of the interior handle is Gold Chrome and the hinges are solid brass.
