• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• External letter box cover is broken (see photos), however, replacements can be purchased online.
• Paint peeling in places these can be sanded down and re painted, see in photos.
• Screw holes on the top internal frame which could be filled, see in photos.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted and stained.
• Has a leaded pattern design externally & internally on the glazing, with a coloured motif.

Colour

• The colour externally is Silk Grey RAL7044 and internally is White.
• The handles are Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
