Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• External escutcheon is missing this can be ordered online and fitted, see in photos.
• Screw holes from previous door numbers this can be replaced with new numbers or filled and re varnished, see in photos.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is original single glazed, distorted.
• Original Leaded Stained Glass, which is very strong with no chips/ cracks.

Colour

• The doors externally and internally are Varnished showing the natural woodgrain throughout. 
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
