Wooden Engineered Oak Front Door made by ‘Kloeber’ from there ‘Timber Funky’ range.
‘Kloeber’ produce some of the highest quality doors & windows on the market.
To order this direct would cost £3,612.00 (see 3rd photo for original invoice).
This invoice was also 18 months ago before all the high price increases, so you would be looking at around £5,000 today.
The door thickness is 5.8cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made to slightly the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- There are a few cosmetic marks around the frame, however once installed with trim these would be hidden.
- Light mark on the bottom sill.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 49.4cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 99.7cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, Laminated 6.4mm frosted, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- ‘Kloeber’ is installed inside the glazing, so replace this you would need to replace the pane. We can order a new pane of glass, but it would need to be installed by your fitter. New glazing would cost £150 total including VAT (£250 if you wanted it Laminated).
Colour
- Externally and internally varnished so the original woodgrain still shows, with a Black frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.

Item needs to be installed within 2 months and photos need to be given of the item fitted. We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
