Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• 1 of the hinges are broken and will need to be replaced this can be bought online and easily replaced. See in photos.
• There is a crack in the glass this can be replaced please contact us for more information. See in photos.
• Screw holes on the internal door this can be filled and painted over, see in photos.
• Paint peeling in places and a small crack on the top internal door this can be filled and painted over, see in photos

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is original single glazed, distorted.
• Has Georgian Bars externally and internally, with each pane individually glazed, making them easier to replace if broke.

Colour

• The colour externally is Black and internally is Green.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the hinges are Solid Brass.
