Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Internal side would need to be repainted as there are some white paint flecks.
• There are 3 drill holes through the door (see photos) which could be filled or used to install furniture.
• External handle is weathered (see photos), this is only cosmetic but if you wish to replace this you can purchase a new handle online which is easy to fit.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Black.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
