Wooden (Hardwood) Front Door in Varnished Brown, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Holes on either side of the frame from a previously installed doorbell (see photos) which could be filled or covered with a new replacement doorbell.
• Chips to the wood on the inside of the frame (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.
• The varnish is slightly weathered and chipped in a few areas on the external side, as you would expect to see on a pre-owned wooden door. The door may benefit from being repainted/varnished.
• The gasket is frayed in one place (see photos) – replacement gaskets can be purchased online for a low expense.

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required, and offers extra security.
• Distorted glass with an rippled ‘Minster’ texture.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Varnished Brown, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
