Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Screw holes on either side, but these could easily be filled (see photos).
• A new handle and lock would need to be fitted, as the old one has been removed by the previous owner (see photos).

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multipoint ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘ERA’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick triple glazed, distorted, beveled, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has a decorative leaded and 3D beveled pattern, internally inside the glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you require totally clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely.

Colour

• This item has been varnished both externally and internally, showing the natural wood grain throughout.
• The colour of the hinges is Chrome.
