Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Rot has previously occurred on the bottom frame section, about 77cm x 3.5cm (see photos), however this could be rectified by a competent carpenter.
- The varnished finish is slightly weathered on the external side, as is expected on pre-owned wooden items. This door could benefit from being re-varnished.
- Screw holes externally and internally (see photos), however these could be easily filled or touched up.
Security
- Chubb locking system installed.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 51.5cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.3cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 143.8cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 18mm thick triple glazed, distorted, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has leaded and beveled 3D design internally inside the glazing, between the panes.
Colour
- This item is Varnished externally and internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.

We get all there details and fensa approved number, and then we will have fitters around the county thats able to install our items.
