Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The varnished finish is slightly weathered on the external side. This door could benefit from being re-varnished.
• Paint chips, dents and holes in places (see last photos), these are normal with wooden doors. However would not effect the operation or integrity of the product at all.
• Holes on either side from previously installed alarm. These could be filled and touched up, or covered with your own furniture.
• Gasket frayed, may need to replace. However this can be purchased online at a low expense, and is easy to fit.
• Few cuts on the frame edges, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Tarnished handles, new handles can be purchased online if desired and are easy to fit.

Security

• 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Patons’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 38cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 93.1cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 131.1cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• This item has been varnished on either side, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
