Wooden Timber Front Door, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘George Barnsdale’.
Would cost around £4,000 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 5.8cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Small chip on the rain sill (see photos), however, this could be touched up easily.
- The wood is dented slightly on the external side of the frame (see photos). This could also be touched up.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Grey (RAL 9002), with a matching frame either side.
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
