1930s Original reclaimed Solid Oak Front Door.
Condition
- Excellent condition for the age.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Screw holes on both sides from the previously fitted knocker and bolt lock.
- Some scuffs and chips to the edges.
- No key for the lock.
Security
- Multipoint point ‘Chubb’ locking system making it very secure – there is no key so this would need to be replaced.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Colour
- Externally varnished so the original Solid Oak woodgrain still shows and internally painted Cream.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the hinges are Solid Brass (painted Black).
