Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Water damage on the bottom corner of the door which has resulted in the veneer peeling slightly (see photos) – this could be rectified by a competent carpenter.
• Screw holes on the external side (see photos) which could be easily filled.
• The varnish on the external side is weathered, as is expected on pre-owned wooden doors. This item could benefit from being sanded down and re-varnished.

Missing Parts

• • Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
  • Letter box, Handle, hinges and lock are missing, however these could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is triple glazed, distorted.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• Has been varnished externally and internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
