Wooden Oak Veneer Front Door.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Water damage on the bottom corner of the door which has resulted in the veneer peeling slightly (see photos) – this could be rectified by a competent carpenter.
- Screw holes on the external side (see photos) which could be easily filled.
- The varnish on the external side is weathered, as is expected on pre-owned wooden doors. This item could benefit from being sanded down and re-varnished.
Missing Parts

- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
- Letter box, Handle, hinges and lock are missing, however these could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is triple glazed, distorted.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
Colour
- Has been varnished externally and internally, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
