Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Missing escutcheon, handle, letterbox and hinges (see photos), however these are all available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• Screw holes on the external side of the frame and the internal side of the door (see photos), however these could be filled easily.
• Small wood chip on the internal side of the door (see photos). This could easily be filled by a carpenter.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm thick double glazed, frosted, metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars both internally & externally, and inside the glazing, giving a high quality appearance.

Colour

• The colour externally is Red and internally is White, with a white frame either side.
