Wooden Hardwood Front Door. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

The door thickness is 5.4cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
• Rain sill is slightly loose (see photos), however this could be reattached by a competent carpenter.
• 1 side of the frame is not attached, but this could be resolved by your fitter upon installation.
• The wood is chipped on the bottom frame section (see photos) which could be filled /repaired by a competent carpenter.
• The frame was cut upon removal (see photos), and would need to be re-assembled by your fitter.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There is one sidelight of width 56.5cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 90.6cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, distorted metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is condensation occurring inside the double glazing – we can order a replacement clear pane for £75 total including VAT. This would be delivered along with the door, ready to be installed by your fitter.
• If you want to order yourself the unit required is Width : 51.6cm, Height : 101.2cm Depth : 20mm (checked JBH).

Colour

• The doors are painted brown externally and internally.
• Has matching Solid Brass furniture.
