Wooden timber front door with sidelight, bespoke made to the highest quality.

Carefully removed by professional fitters. 

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The wood is split in places (see photos), but, this could easily be repaired by a competent carpenter.
• Missing letterbox and handles (see photos), however, these are all available to purchase online and are easy to fit.
• Screw holes on the internal side of the sidelight (see photos), but these could easily be filled.
• The paint is weathered on both sides, as expected with an older wooden door. This could benefit from being re-painted or touched up.
• Two panes of glass are cracked (see photos), however each pane is individually glazed which makes them easier to replace. We can supply replacement glazing at an additional cost – please contact us for more information.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
• The sidelight is stationary and does not open. This could be modified by a competent carpenter/fitter so it operates as a secondary door.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is: 91.6cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 91.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, clear.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
•  The colour of the hinges is White.
