Carefully removed by professional installers.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed at all.
• 2 screw holes from previous door numbers (see photos) which could easily be filled.
• Odd light marks and paint flaking off in places, as is expected from pre-owned wooden items. This item could benefit from being sanded and repainted.
• Small area of rot under the bottom of the door (see photos) this could be treated by a competent carpenter.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Could be altered if you would like the door opening the other way (holes would need to be filled).

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted.

Colour

• The colour externally is White and internally is Cream.
• The handles are Solid Brass and the hinges have been painted White.
