Wooden Timber Front Door in white.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed at all.
- 2 screw holes from previous door numbers (see photos) which could easily be filled.
- Odd light marks and paint flaking off in places, as is expected from pre-owned wooden items. This item could benefit from being sanded and repainted.
- Small area of rot under the bottom of the door (see photos) this could be treated by a competent carpenter.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Could be altered if you would like the door opening the other way (holes would need to be filled).
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
Colour
- The colour externally is White and internally is Cream.
- The handles are Solid Brass and the hinges have been painted White.
