The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Hardwood (Meranti) Front Door in Grey, bespoke made to a high quality by award winning ‘Timber Windows’.
‘Kingston’ Engineered Meranti Hardwood.
Would cost around £4,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
The door thickness is 5.6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
‘Timber Windows’ produce award winning doors & windows, designed with Multi layer engineered hardwood or timber sections, to resist warping and twisting. The paint application involves factory applied micro-porous coatings, using a three coat paint (or stain system if varnished). Enhanced thermally insulating glass, creating glazing units almost twice as effective as ordinary double glazing. Their door & window sets incorporate a host of technical innovations for absolute peace of mind guaranteed for decades.
Condition
- As-new, displayed in a showroom for only 6-12 months.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
Security
- 4 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘Eurospec’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over. This door also comes with an optional sill which will add 4cm to the overall height if using.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, frosted, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Grey with a white frame either side.
- The handles & hinges are Chrome.
