The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden Front Fire Door, bespoke made by Pendle Doors to a very high standard and would cost around £2,000 each if you were to order direct.
These are a bargain for the quality of the door, we are selling so cheap due to having so many.
These are Fire doors (believed to be FD60), however we do not have any certificates for and cannot confirm they pass the current building regulations.
The door thickness is 9.2cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measures made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- The glass is cracked on door #11, however, this could be replaced by a competent glazier and there is a small chip on this door also- see last photos. All other doors are as new.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Wink Haus’ keys.
Opening
- Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Toplight
- The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 50cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, frosted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
- Fire resistant glazing (see photos).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
- Professionally factory sprayed offering a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
