Wooden Hardwood Front Door, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £3,000 each if you were to order new direct.

This is a Fire door, however we do not have any certificates for and cannot confirm they pass the current building regulations.

The door thickness is 9.2cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Produced on 10/01/2024 (see photos) and offers some of the latest security features on the market.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The glass is cracked on door #11, however, this could be replaced by a competent glazier.
• There is a small chip on the external side of door #11 (see photos), however, this could be filled by a competent carpenter.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Wink Haus’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 50cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, frosted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).
• Fire resistant glazing (see photos).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
