This is a Fire door, however we do not have any certificates for and cannot confirm they pass the current building regulations.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• The frame of this door is made of steel.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, frosted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
