Wooden Hardwood, Back Door in Grey, Bespoke made to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
This is a FD30 Fire door, however we do not have any certificates for and cannot confirm they pass the current building regulations.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- Multi point ‘Ultion’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Grey.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brushed Stainless Steel.
