The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden Hardwood Bi-Folding Doors. Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £15,000.00 if you were to order new direct, each door costs over £2,000 per leaf.
The door thickness is 5.6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- A bit of wood has split off the bottom left corner of the frame, but can easily be filled and will not affect the operation of the doors.
- Small chip to one door, but can easily be touched up.
- Small part of the Q-Lon gasket is missing, but this can easily be replaced.
- No keys for the shoot bolts, but can still be locked shut, just not child locked.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When fully open, and all 8 doors stack to the right and open in twos.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
Glazing
- Glazing is 20mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Matte White, with a matching frame either side.
- Professionally powder coated both sides, which requires no maintenance.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.

All our items are carbon neutral because we do not manufacture them; they are excess items that would otherwise end up in landfills or recycling centers.
