Hardwood Cream French Doors

Wooden Hardwood French Doors.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £3,000.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).
The door thickness is 4.8cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Some weathering to the external handle, as you would expect to see on a pre-owned door.
- Chips and scratches to the wood in various places (see photos) which could be filled and touched up / repainted.
- Paint chips across the surface of the doors which could also be repainted.
- Some paint residue on the hinges (see photos) which does not effect the operation of the hinges in any way, and will be mostly concealed when the doors are installed.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
- Rain Sill and Hinges on one door are missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally is Cream and internally is Brown.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the hinges are Solid Brass.
