1930s Reclaimed Wooden Hardwood Front Door.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- External side is weathered, as is expected on reclaimed wooden items. This door could benefit from being sanded and re-varnished.
- Letterbox is missing on external side (see photos), this can be purchased online and is easy to fit.
- Screw holes (see photos) which could easily be filled.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- Multipoint ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is original single glazed, frosted.
- Has Georgian Bars with each pane individually glazed, making them easier to replace if broken.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Brown (Golden Oak).
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
