Hardwood Front Door in Grey, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Previous alarm system can be removed but will leave screw holes which can be easily filled.
- Comes with 12 fixing screws for hanging the door in the frame.
Missing Parts
- Internal door trim & 2 Lengths of beading for the sidelight are missing (see photos), however these are wooden and could be replaced by a competent carpenter or fitter.
Security
- Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 6 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 32.5cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 94.9cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed and frosted.
Colour
- The colour externally is matte Grey and internally is matte White, with a matching frame externally and White internally.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
